You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country, to use the Services. If you are under the legal age of majority, you may use the Services only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to:

• Download the application.
• Install the application.
• Use the Services solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Services for illegal purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application except where permitted by law.

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

You are solely responsible for your activities while using the Services, including any QR codes or barcodes you scan, generate, or share.

Certain Services may allow you to create, save, or share content such as generated QR codes or scan history. You retain ownership of any content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use all submitted content.
• Your content does not violate applicable laws.
• Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Some features may provide AI-powered functionality. By using AI features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies.
• AI responses are provided for informational purposes only.
• AI outputs should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using or sharing it.
• You remain responsible for all information submitted to AI features.

Some features require payment through subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payments are processed exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription: payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase; your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal period; and renewal charges are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscriptions may be managed or canceled through your account settings on the respective platform. Refund requests are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies.

The Services may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners. We are not responsible for advertisement content, advertised products or services, or transactions between you and advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the respective advertiser.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services — including but not limited to software, source code, user interface, graphics, icons, logos, text, trademarks, databases, and designs — remain the exclusive property of Thuan Do Van or its licensors.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms, software, or services. Your use of those third-party services is governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand how your information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, available at all times, or meet all user expectations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability. We do not guarantee that the Services will operate without interruption, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thuan Do Van, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from or related to the use of the Services. Where permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thuan Do Van, its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, we reasonably believe your use creates legal or security risks, or we discontinue the Services. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Thuan Do Van operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thuan Do Van concerning your use of the Services.

If you download the application through the Apple App Store:

• Apple Inc. is not responsible for the application or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
• Apple is not responsible for resolving claims relating to the application.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

If you download the application through Google Play, your use of the application is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
